Water, is it important?

Water, is it important?
Water, is it important? Well I’m going to tell why water is good for humans or where does water comes from. Nothing can live without water.

Water have been on earth longer than us humans have ever,70% of the world is covered in salt water and 30% is fresh, where does water come from? Easy form the water cycle and it’s starts with the sun. The sun bring heat to the sea and then there evaporation. What is  evaporation well the sea get’s so hot that the liquid turn into vapour.

Next after the liquid is turn into vapour the air huddle up and perform a cloud, this is called Condensation if there’s enough vapour in the cloud It’s start to rain and if it the cloud gets cold enough it turns into snow, sleet and hail. After it falls the rain hits the ground and perform rivers, lakes and streams and  joins the sea. This is called precipitation. Water can keep you hydrated and can clean you from the inside.

Keeping hydrated can help flush out toxins in your body that can build up and can make you feel tired. If you don’t drink water which is dehydration you can  have headaches, fatigue or constipation. Water can make you stronger, it maintains your muscles, if you're big and strong but if you dehydrated then your muscles are not working up to 100%.  All of this evaporation, Condensation and precipitation is repeated over and over again.

So what did you learn about? Thanks to me, you know the answer to the big question, yes!  You also know about the water cycle and why is it good for you, Your welcome!
